CoreLogic's mobile solution allows appraisers to easily draw and annotate property floor plans. The Platinum Pro Sketch app enables the creation of fully editable floor plans using intuitive sketch tools and components, including doors and windows. Measurements are automatically calculated based on the sketch with the ability to edit.

New Functionality and Bug Fixes including:
• Ability to re-order floor levels once drawn
• Excluded shape changes including changing excluded shape measurements to feet from Inches, and for circles changing to diameter not radius
• Pre-populated zeros have been removed from pop-up removing the need to delete them before entering measurements
• A new button that allows users to view the room counts within the application prior to data transfer
• Allow the addition of labels with the same name to be added in both Above and Below grade lists
• Fix a crash when adding "Deck" labels
• Fix an issue where some room labels would change names after being places such as "Dining" changing to "Dining Room" this will no longer happen
• HallWay now reads Hallway
• Allowing the import of images using the underlay button
Multi Family Functionality.
• Preparation for Multi family orders with the ability to include multiple units within one sketch
• The addition of unit specific labels
• Common area breakdowns with different methods to suit the users market and preference (No Split/Equal Split/Proportional Split)
• Multifamily GLA details
• Allocation of units to excluded shapes
